Checking your computer's audio settings

Upon clicking the following button, you should hear the word "apple" played through your computer speakers. If you do not hear the sound, then there may be an issue with your system's audio settings.

There are a range of reasons why audio may not play correctly on your system. If you have been experiencing problems with audio playback/recording, please go through our audio checklist to try and resolve the issues you are having.

What to do if there's a requirement missing?

A missing requirement does not necessarily mean you can't study our courses. It may just mean you will have a less than optimum experience, and some parts may fail to show correctly for you.
